Summer is Dwindling Down....

So, what does that mean exactly? I'll tell you. Halloween and Christmas cards! I can't believe I'm even saying that. It seems like it's so far away, but I know there are those of you out there that like to get a head start. So, I'm working on some cards for those Halloween and Christmas parties and of course Christmas family cards. I'll have them up within the next month so you can start planning away!

In the meantime, I've got some new cards I'm about to list as well. Those include, monster trucks, pirates and a whole lot more! I've got some more boy related products in the works as well which will include sports related items, animals and first birthdays. If you have any ideas of cards you'd like to see (girl or boy) please send me an email with your suggestions. I'd love to hear from you!

I want you to also know that I do more than just invitaions for children's birthdays. I also offer announcements for the birth of your little one, wedding invitations, general party invitations, anniversary invitations, thank you cards, moving cards, save the dates, and so much more! Cards can also be printed on cardstock as well with or without a photo.

So, I just wanted to give you a little update on what I was working on and what's new. I hope that you will keep us in mind for your next event. I promise I'll get them out in a flash!

Until next time....have a wonderful end of the summer!

Team Etsy

So, I just have to promote my newest team. Team SC on Etsy.com. We're a group of artisians from all over the state of South Carolina. The group was formed so that we could show Etsy that SC has a lot to offer when it comes to things handmade! I have to say, I'm a new member and it was started before me. However, they've done a good job in getting it together! Thanks to Rocknrollmama, Curlyfrysc and bzglass. I'm sorry if I've left anyone out that started this up! I'm also sorry for not including your names. I'm still learning.

I hope to get to know all your guys and girls in the near future! I look forward to sharing my talent of custom invitations not only with you all, but all the world!

Thanks and good luck to you all. Check them out at Etsy.com and search for TeamSC to see all the talented work!

Is it really almost that time?

I can't believe it! My baby is no longer a baby. She'll be two next month! Where does the time go? I enjoy staying home with her though. It's a lot of fun and I learn new things everyday.

So, here's the new in my life. My business seems to be picking up some (knock on wood). I hope that people will continue to hear about me and order some invitations from me! Or whatever card they need for their particular event. I'm falling in love with the desing process more and more every day though. I seen inspiration in everything around me. I just hope that I can get it out there and bring joy to people's lives with it. Designing my invitations has been a learning process. You learn new techniques and things seem to come together easier. I guess once you get the creative juices flowing, they break out! LOL!

Let's see, what else? I seem to be scatterbrianed today and all over the place in what I want to say and what I"m trying to say. Guess that happens sometimes.

Anyway, guess it's time to sign off. Got some planning to do for my daughter's party and hopefully make some more sales! Anyone need invitations? For a wedding, birth of a new baby, brithday, moving? Anything? Okay, I'll wait then to hear from you! Keep me in mind!

What's Taken Me So Long?

Wow, it's been forever since I've written. Well, lots of things have kept me busy. Namely, my daughter and this little boy I keep during the week (he's 2 1/2). So, my time seems to be short most days.

My business, well, it's there. Not really going anywhere. I get disappointed because it hasn't taken off like I wanted it to, but in reality it takes time. I know this. I've had two sales and one inquiry in the last two weeks. I was so excited. But, now nothing. That's okay. Word will get out!

I will never give up on my dreams.
